저는 대다수의 많은 미용인분들에 비해
시작이 늦은 사람이었습니다.
대학을 졸업하고, 제 전공을 살려 일을 하다가
직업을 바꾸기로 마음먹고 학원을 등록했습니다
그래서 저는 자격증을 따기 전부터, 좋은 매장을 만나면
이직이란 없다! 쭉 함께해야겠다! 마음을 먹었습니다.
그렇게 들어온 첫매장 살롱디에서 지금까지 근무 중입니다:D
입사해보니 세상에 쉬운일이 없다지만
미용이라는 세계는 정말 배울것도, 습득해야할것도,
알아야할것도 정말 많았습니다
하루하루를 최선을 다해 노력했습니다
일주일마다 있는 1:1 메인 교육, 달마다 있는 선생님들의 특강,
원장님께서 해주시는 베이직 커트교육,
인턴이 직접 계획, 참여하는 프레젠테이션 등등
다양한 프로그램들을 열심히 따라가며 배웠습니다
메인 밀착교육을 받으며 디테일을 잡게 되었고,
특강을 통해 여러선생님의 스타일을 폭넓게 배울 수 있었습니다.
이렇게 살롱워크 기초를 탄탄히 하고,
원장님께 가위잡는법 부터 시작해 커트베이직 교육을 받으며,
디자이너라는 꿈에 가까워졌습니다.
힘든 날도, 지치는 날도 많았지만
잘 이끌어주고 서로의 길잡이가 되어주던 인턴선후배님들 덕분에,
또 올바른 가르침을 주시려 항상 노력해주시는
든든한 선생님들 덕분에 웃는날이 더 많았습니다
디자이너가 된 후에도 같았습니다
이리저리 방황하다 🥹 막막하고 어두운길에 들어서도,
항상 가로등을 등에 지고 저를 반겨주는 사람들이 있어서
지금의 살롱디 유우가 되었습니다.
현재 저는 시술 고객님들께서 많이 찾아주고 계시기에
객단가 10만원 중반대를 유지하며 매출 성과를 올리고 있습니다.
매출은 숫자에 불과하지만, 그만큼 고객님들께서 디자이너를 믿고 찾아주신다는 지표의 역할도 해줍니다.
디자이너는 프리랜서 입니다
본인역량대로 살아가는,,
살롱워크, 고객관리, 매출관리, 마케팅도 모두 알아서 해야합니다
브랜드샵에서 근무하는 지인들의 고민을 들어보면
곧 디자이너 입봉을 앞두고 있으나
운동장 한가운데 혼자 있는거 같다고 하는 친구들이 많았습니다
오히려 아카데미가 있으니
탄탄한 교육과 지원을 받을거라고 생각했는데
도움받을 길도 없이 입봉 후 타매장으로 발령을 받게 되어
오로지 혼자힘으로 해내야 한다는 현실이 정말 안타까웠습니다
살롱디에선 기술뿐만 아니라 입봉 후 디자이너컨셉,
마케팅방법, 팁, 계획 등등
계속해서 신경써주시며 성장을 위해 힘써주시는데,
저는 이것이 보통의 경우라고 생각했었지만 큰 오산이었습니다
제가 받았던 스승의 교육과 사랑, 또한 입봉 후 코칭이 없었다면
먼 미래에도 일어나기 힘들었을 일들을
지금, 함께, 살롱디에서 이루고 있습니다🤍
