醸造アルコールの原料は
とうきびなどの廃糖蜜が
使われることが多いですが
最近は、
酒粕を蒸留した
粕取り焼酎を醸造アルコールとして
添加していたりと
酒蔵さんによってさまざま✨
醸造アルコールが入ってるお酒は
頭が痛くなるという説がありますが
正直、科学的にはわかっていなくて。
これに限らず
アルコールというものは体に悪いので..

（料理30品スイーツ20品）に加えて
皆さんからよくいただく酒粕の疑問
健康効果、保存方法、選び方、
などなども掲載しています♪
この本のこだわりとして
乳製品、小麦粉不使用。
砂糖と油は最小限に抑えて
美味しく作れるところを模索しました。
美味しく食べて自分の体も労われる
そんな日々の食事をお伝えしたく
酒粕を活用しています。
酒粕って扱いが難しそう・・・
と思うかもしれませんが、
お料理はお鍋一つで、
ほったらかしてできるレシピも沢山
こんなに美味しく手軽に取り入れられるのか！と
