つくりかた
・ストウブ鍋を熱してオリーブオイル加えて馴染ませる。バターを溶かし好きなきのこと玉ねぎスライスを入れ、塩をふってしんなりするまで炒める
・水を大さじ2くらい入れた溶き卵3個を流し入れ、少し固まってくるまで混ぜたら蓋を閉め弱火で3分
・火を止めて表面が固まるまで（10分とか15分とか）放置したら完成。鍋をひっくり返してカットし盛り付けます！
※16センチのストウブ鍋を使ってます
※仕上げにピザ用チーズをかけて、バーナーで炙るのおすすめ
※味付けの塩胡椒は途中で入れてもいいけど、私は粒大きめの塩と胡椒をミルでゴリゴリ仕上げに振りかけます🧂

16センチのストウブ鍋に、レタスと豚肩ロースを重ねて塩をパラパラ、お酒を大さじ1くらいかけて蓋を閉める。
火をつけて湯気が出てきたら蓋を開けて全体を混ぜ、白だしを大さじ1くらい入れて、ごま油を回しかけ、蓋を閉めて3分くらいで完成。

結構水分が出るので、塩で味を整えて、最後はすりごまをかけるとまた胡麻の風味がして良い。フライパンやレンジでもできる簡単一品。

・鍋に水、米1/3カップ、鶏肉一枚、長ネギ一本分をポキポキおって入れ、生姜、にんにく、鶏ガラスープ入れて蓋をする。
・電気圧力鍋の圧力モード1分（トータル4、50分）
・仕上げに鶏ガラ、塩で味を整えて器に盛り付け、ごま油を垂らしたら完成。

※水は材料がちゃんと浸かるくらい、生姜は薄い細切り、にんにくはスライス。

・フライパンに油をひいて、大葉と逆面から焼き、酒を足して蒸し焼きにする。大葉側はさっと火を通す程度で焼いたら完成。

※大葉の色を生かすために片面のよく焼きを推奨。火加減は弱めでじっくり蒸し焼きで熱を入れるイメージです！
※茹で海老を使うと、火加減の管理もしやすい
