今回は脂肪注入後のしこり除去症例です。
術前と術後3ヶ月の比較です。
無表情だと分かりにくいですが、表情を作ると膨らみが出てきます。
触診ではゴリゴリ硬いしこりを触れます。
こういった明らかなしこりは比較的治療は容易ですが、逆に除去後の窪みが生じないように調整が必要です。今回はしこり除去と同時に裏ハムラ法も併用して窪み対策を行なっております♨️

今回は人中短縮術の症例です。
術前と術後3ヶ月の比較です。
人中が短くなることにより口元が引き締まり、もともとのCカールも綺麗に保たれています😃
誰にでも適応があるわけではなく、傷跡と術後効果の兼ね合いが大事です。
短くなればなるほど可愛くなるわけではなく、お顔全体のバランスの問題ですので、人中だけを見るのではなくお顔全体を見て判断する必要があります♨️
最大のリスクは傷跡、過剰な皮膚切除です。
3ヶ月ほどですとまだ傷の赤みが目立つ時期ですが、この方は実際にお会いしてもそこまで目立っていませんでした。
やはり個人差があり、白い傷が少し太めに残ってしまう可能性も十分にございますので、そういったリスクは術前にしっかりと理解しておくことが大切です。
また皮膚切除量が多すぎると、富士山型の唇になったり、口が閉じづらいといった状態になってしまいます。切除量は欲張りすぎないことが大切です。
傷に対して施術と同時にボトックス注射を行うことでより目立ちにくくする努力をしております。
