1. PESA TUS COMIDAS
De nada sirve hacerte loca tanteando las porciones solo jugaras con tu mente y volverás a recaer en frustración por no ver resultados.
2.- Si no puedes hacer de comer por tu trabajo haz tus MEAL PREPS o de perdida MEAT PREPS ayuda muchísimo a tener aunque sea tus proteínas ya cocidas toppers en el refri y ziplocs en el congelador (pollo, carne, pescado, camarón ósea alimentos de origen animal)
3.- Realiza un entrenamiento combinando los 2 tipos de ejercicios Aeróbico y Anaerobico CARDIO Y FUERZA como mi clase de que es 2 en 1🫶🏻
Ninguno es mejor que otro los dos son muy importantes para lograr tus objetivos.
4.- Utiliza diferentes medidas para evaluar tu progreso como Pesaje, Inbody o Plicometro, Fotos y Medidas Corporales
