I have been dealing with patellar tendinopathy (jumper’s knee) for the last 2 years almost. While it’s not a huge injury like an ACL or anything it has definitely taken away much of my freedom with parkour/flips. Additionally it’s tough to track the progress of improvement. I have to watch my weekly volume so much tighter in order to not regress. I’ll have a long form film coming out about this journey and how this injury has brought me a whole new love for movement I never thought I’d get back. And, I’ve made so much progress and am getting closer to no pain every week. So stay tuned!
