Growing up in the dawn of post-apartheid South Africa, Sisanda uses her music to express and share her thoughts on matters close to her heart. She started out leading songs at her local church and later won ā€battle of the bandsā€ at age 16 in her hometown of East London (not that one, the other one!)

TJA - An artist who refuses to be confined by a single genre. Drawing from a wide range of influences—R&B, neo-soul, jazz, reggae, and more—she creates music that reflects her eclectic tastes and creative freedom.
