アーモンド香るブランマンジェにメロンとブルーベリーを忍ばせソーダジュレで閉じ込めした
上の青色、紫色のジュレは共にバタフライピーで着色し
青色がライチジュレ、紫がエルダーフラワーにレモン香るジュレに仕上げております

濃厚なバニラムースに児島の塩を加えて塩バニラムースに
爽やかな酸味にアプリコットジュレ
香りと味に深みを加えるのにヘーゼルナッツフロマージュ
後味のアクセントにヘーゼルナッツフィアンティーヌを閉じ込めました

コンクール入賞のコツやマジパンの基礎的な扱い方から応用、そしてモチベーション維持の為に日頃の仕事や人生にどう落とし込むことでコンクールに向き合う意識を高めるマジパンの講習会とビジネスセミナーが融合した雰囲気の仲講習会を進めていきました
皆さん近くでずっと立ちながらの講習会にも関わらず熱い目線を感じてとても熱意ある人達ばかりだなと感心致しました
役員さん方々にも質問等のサポートをして下さり大変助かりました
