A few years ago I spent three weeks in Kerala, India, going through a full panchakarma. It was an authentic experience — very ascetic, nothing superfluous, just pure Ayurvedic healing in its original form.
Last year I completed another panchakarma, this time in Bali at. A completely different feeling: more individual care, more refinement, a beautiful environment where every detail is designed with intention.
Both journeys transformed my health in their own way.
India felt like tradition.
Bali felt like perfection.
And I’m dreaming of doing it again — ideally for two weeks. It’s truly the best gift I can offer my body.

В прошлом году я снова погрузилась в панчакарму — уже на Бали, в One World Ayurveda. Совсем другое ощущение: больше индивидуального подхода, продуманная красота вокруг, идеальная визуальная атмосфера, где важна каждая деталь.
Обе панчакармы по-своему изменили моё здоровье.
Индия — про традицию.
Бали — про совершенство.
