This was my first time experiencing the creativity and chaos of this race and I loved it. If you haven’t heard of it, every May, 30K people run (or walk, dance, party...) their way from downtown SF to Ocean Beach in the most fun outfits you’ve ever seen. It’s been happening since 1912 (!!) and is genuinely one of the best weekends to be in SF
If you’ve been wanting to try a destination race but a marathon feels like a lot, start here! 12k is doable, the vibes are immaculate, and the outfits are incredible
