#Dior Fall Winter 2026-2027 Menswear “THE GLITTERING FUNERAL OF TASTE”. Story by #EleonoradeGray, Editor-in-Chief of RUNWAY MAGAZINE:

Let us begin by offering our sincerest condolences to Monsieur Dior. May his legacy rest in peace, for what just walked down the runway was not evolution — it was exhumation. And the culprit? Jonathan Anderson, a man with the artistic finesse of a provincial theatre director reimagining Labyrinth with a Primark budget and a VHS tape of Velvet Goldmine melted in the sun.

This collection, we’re told, is a “play on history and affluence.” In reality, it’s the fever dream of a British schoolboy who once saw a poster of David Bowie, misunderstood it entirely, and built his personality around that single misinterpretation. Bowie? Please. This was less Ziggy Stardust, more Zara Stardust, sprayed with hair gel and desperately begging for meaning.

The press release coos about “joy” and “spontaneity,” but let’s not confuse chaos for creativity. This isn’t style as discourse — it’s style as delusion. A game of unbridled associations, yes, but like a game of Clue where everyone forgot the rules and the board is on fire.

The result? Dior, once the epitome of sculpted elegance, has been reduced to a playground for Anderson’s unresolved art school impulses. And… “Sink the sub… Hide the weasel… Park the porpoise… A Bit of the old Humpty Dumpty, Little Jack Horny, the Horizontal Mambo… The Bone Dancer, Rumpleforeskin, Baloney Bop, a Bit of the cunning linguistics…” like Mrs Doubtfire once put it.

If this is the future of the House, then the House needs an exorcism. Fast.

Otherwise, in one more season, Dior will cease to be a fashion house and become a historical reenactment troupe for East London drag brunches.

Fin.

#LouisVuitton Fall-Winter 2026–2027 “Welcome to Vui-Lago”. Story by #EleonoradeGray, Editor-in-Chief of #RUNWAYMAGAZINE:

Let’s not waste time pretending: this wasn’t a #PharrellWilliams collection. It was a Studio Homme remix album, complete with samples from previous seasons, reheated tailoring from forgotten lookbooks, and the occasional bag-shaped clock to remind us that yes, the man is still “involved.” Allegedly.

Meanwhile, the actual venue was staged like a Louis-themed Palm Beach retirement fantasy — henceforth dubbed Vui-Lago — complete with a prefab “DROPHAUS” that looks like what happens when a luxury label tries to sell you a teardrop-shaped timeshare.

According to the mythology, the collection was staged around a wooden crate called #DROPHAUS, which supposedly fell from the sky (or maybe an LVMH marketing department PowerPoint). Designed in collaboration with a firm called “Not A Hotel” — which is exactly how you’ll describe it to your accountant when justifying the $4M write-off.

This wasn’t fashion. This was brand theater. A glitzy, performative flex from the LVMH industrial complex, wrapped in aluminium-laced fabric and dipped in nostalgia. It had everything — techno-luxury jargon, pretend innovation, and a house made of metaphors. The only thing it didn’t have? A collection that needed to exist.

But in the end, that’s the magic of Vui-Lago: a glittering mirage where time, taste, and authorship go to die — elegantly, expensively, and under soft directional lighting.

Giorgio Armani Fall Winter 2026-2027 Menswear “Leo Dell’Orco and the Discipline of Elegance”. Story by RUNWAY MAGAZINE:

A legacy does not erupt. It is not reinvented, rebranded, or remixed. It is cultivated — quietly, rigorously, by those who understand that true power in fashion is measured not in rupture, but in refinement.

The Giorgio Armani Fall-Winter 2026–2027 Menswear collection, Cangiante, was presented at Via Borgonuovo 21 in Milan — not a venue, but the epicenter of the Armani universe. A theatre built into Giorgio Armani’s own home, lined with decades of memory and discipline. And this time, for the first time, without Giorgio Armani himself.

Leo Dell’Orco — who met Armani in 1975 thanks to a wandering dog in the gardens of Piazzale Libia — took the helm. His journey from that chance meeting to becoming the head of men’s collections for both Emporio and Giorgio Armani is not a footnote. It is the architecture of this very collection. It was Dell’Orco who quietly engineered the evolution of Armani menswear for nearly five decades. Now, he becomes its face.

To understand what happened this season is to understand how Armani works: not through slogans, not through spectacle, but through system. Elegance, here, is a discipline.

Dell’Orco’s Cangiante was not designed to impress. It was designed to endure.

And in a fashion landscape obsessed with the new, that is the boldest move of all. #armani #runwaymagazine
Valentino Garavani (1932–2026) – The Last Emperor of Couture. Memorial by Eleonora de Gray, Editor-in-Chief of RUNWAY MAGAZINE:

Valentino Garavani passed away today at his Roman residence, surrounded by his loved ones. With him leaves not only a man, but an entire civilization of couture — a discipline built on discipline, beauty built on restraint, and extravagance refined into eternal elegance.

From the very beginning, Valentino understood fashion not as trend, but as destiny.
Cinema gave him the dream. Rome gave him the stage. And couture gave him a language that only a few in history ever mastered.

In the 1960s and 70s, when wealth demanded spectacle, Valentino answered with controlled excess. He imagined the impossible.
Yet unlike many of his contemporaries, Valentino evolved before the world demanded it.
Valentino’s genius was never loud. It was architectural, disciplined, precise. His women did not wear costumes. They wore identity.

Today, fashion loses one of its last sovereigns.
Not a designer.
A maestro.

With Valentino Garavani disappears a world where couture meant culture, where beauty meant discipline, and where elegance was not an effect, but a moral position.

RUNWAY MAGAZINE bows to a legend.

And Rome, once again, becomes eternal.
Prada Fall 2026-2027 Menswear “Evolution Without Erasure”. Story by RUNWAY MAGAZINE:

For Fall/Winter 2026, Miuccia Prada and Raf Simons staged their menswear show inside the Deposito of Fondazione Prada, transforming it into what they describe as a “liminal space.” It was a quiet echo chamber of interior lives made public—an architectural stage for a fashion thesis: What can we build, from what we have learned? The question was printed in the press release. The answers were stitched, layered, and cinched on the runway.

At first glance, the collection was an ode to the trench coat—Prada’s perennial staple—but look again and the garments reveal a system of coded evolutions. Classicism was dissected and rebuilt using utility-forward language: poplin storm capes, field pockets, and industrial zippers wrapped around tailored silhouettes, recalling both war uniforms and rain gear—without ever committing fully to either.

That cape motif repeated throughout the show in various chromatic accents, evolving like chapters. Another standout arrived midway: a trench in muted rose—monochromatic from coat to bucket hat. Devoid of hardware, logos, or even contrast, it was an example of Prada’s control. Color became structure. Identity was distilled to proportion.

Prada Fall/Winter 2026 stood in the aftermath of the last few years and chose not to react, but to build—thoughtfully, elegantly, and with intention.

Here, evolution isn’t an aesthetic gimmick. It’s an act of intellectual tailoring. And as always, Prada doesn’t shout. It proposes. Then lets the world catch up.

DOLCE & GABBANA Fall 2026-2027 Menswear “PORTRAIT OF MAN”. Story by Eleonora de Gray, Editor-in-Chief of RUNWAY MAGAZINE:

In a season that continues to push menswear beyond the predictable, Dolce & Gabbana’s Fall Winter 2026–2027 show in Milan delivered a visceral, deeply intellectual experience. Titled “The Portrait of Man,” the collection is not simply a narrative—it is a manifesto. A visual and tactile essay that reframes masculinity through energy, individuality, and craft.

Dolce & Gabbana proposed that masculinity, like energy, is neither singular nor static. It flows, mutates, and reshapes itself through time, through experience, through emotion. That energy—raw, restrained, rebellious, or refined—becomes style. And style, when expressed truthfully, becomes identity.

This philosophy unfolded through silhouettes that fused classicism with rebellion, opulence with minimalism, and traditional tailoring with spontaneous streetwear gestures. The show unfolded like a series of brushstrokes, each look a study in personal expression.

Every garment bore the unmistakable fingerprint of fatto a mano—the Italian tradition of hand craftsmanship that Dolce & Gabbana continues to elevate as both technique and ideology. The finest wools, cashmeres, mohair blends, brushed cottons, and robust velvets formed the foundation of the collection. This wasn’t fabrication—it was sculpture.

Coats came monumental in scale yet whispered of softness. Sweaters—oversized, textured, and grounding—wrapped around the torso like armor. Trousers, from sharply tailored to radically slouched, danced between eras and intents. Every button, every stitch, spoke the silent language of artisanship.

Every piece is a reflection of energy translated into cloth, craft guided by soul, and style born from truth.

Zegna Fall Winter 2026 Milan Fashion Week “A FAMILY CLOSET”. Story by RUNWAY MAGAZINE:

Not just a metaphor but a stage—ZEGNA’s Winter 2026 fashion show unfolded inside an enormous oval-shaped closet, echoing both intimacy and permanence. The theme, A Family Closet, was a poetic entry point to explore heritage not as an archive, but as a living entity. The show did not begin with a spectacle, but with a gesture: a door opened, and memory walked in.

This season marked ten years of Alessandro Sartori’s tenure as Artistic Director. But the story began long before that—with a teenage boy inheriting twenty suits from his late father, Giuseppe Sartori, a textile machinery designer in Biella. This act of inheritance, both symbolic and material, created the framework for Sartori’s vision: that garments—when made with intent and care—outlive time and connect generations.

In the physical showspace, this inheritance was echoed by the presence of founder Ermenegildo Zegna’s original desk, his homburg hats, and even the brand’s first tailored jacket from 1930, preserved like a relic and reframed like a proposal.

In a moment of generational synergy, William Chan Wai-ting made his runway debut as ZEGNA’s new global ambassador. William joined a growing ZEGNA family—a constellation of artists, thinkers, and personalities—each one wearing the legacy in their own voice.

Ultimately, A Family Closet was not a nostalgic retrospective, nor a cold archival nod. It was fashion as inheritance. Not preserved but passed on. Not trapped in time but reimagined through use.

Ralph Lauren Fall Winter 2026 Milan – The Purple Label and Polo Ralph Lauren collections. Story by RUNWAY MAGAZINE:

The Return of American Elegance, Refined in Milan.
Ralph Lauren staged a quiet triumph in Milan today, presenting his Fall 2026 Purple Label and Polo Ralph Lauren menswear collections inside the marbled halls of Palazzo Ralph Lauren. This wasn’t a fashion show in the typical sense—it was an immersive study in luxury, lifestyle, and legacy. The event unfolded like a private screening of Ralph Lauren’s ongoing narrative: the man who began with a tie and ended up designing an entire way of life.

The Purple Label Fall 2026 collection delivered Ralph Lauren’s purest expression of craftsmanship: cashmere sport coats, double-faced coats, hand-stitched tailoring, and eveningwear sculpted like architecture. The palette was controlled and tonal—ash, camel, midnight—invoking serenity rather than spectacle.

If Purple Label stood still, Polo Ralph Lauren Fall 2026 moved—with grit, confidence, and reimagined rebellion. The collection referenced the golden codes of American prep, but nothing felt precious. Utility pieces were rebuilt in surprising fabric pairings. Quilted outerwear, brushed wool knits, and oversized cargos danced between nostalgia and edge.
Nearly 60 years after launching a necktie line from a single drawer in the Empire State Building, Ralph Lauren continues to write his own mythology—season after season. Fall 2026 didn’t attempt to reinvent the wheel. Instead, it reminded us that taste, refinement, and vision still matter in a world where trend cycles spin out of control.

He’s preserving—and reinterpreting—a certain American dream, tailored for a global stage.

Eleonora de Gray, Guillaumette Duplaix, Ana Topi / Runway Studio Web3 / Runway Magazine:

After dark, Runwayland changes.

Lights pulse. Questions echo. And nothing is quite what it seems.

This isn’t a fashion show.
It’s not a game.
It’s an immersive Web3 city where architecture, clothing, and consciousness collide.

We built Runwayland to ask questions that don’t fit on a mood board:
– Can you wear an idea?
– Can a virtual space feel like memory?
– What happens when style becomes structure?

At the center: The Four Pillars of Humanity — not skins, but transformations.
Each Pillar is a portal: an emotion you step into.
Style here isn’t decoration. It’s declaration.

This is Runwayland by Night.
Where fashion doesn’t walk — it surrounds you.
Where the future isn’t forecast — it’s constructed.
