Rรผckbildungsรผbungen kann man dann schon langsam integrieren ๐งโโ๏ธ Ich konnte aufgrund von Schmerzen erst nach 3 Monaten damit starten und nach 7 Monaten so richtig abschlieรen. Es ist eben sehr individuell, aber Fakt ist, dass es durchaus so lange dauern kann ๐โโ๏ธโน๏ธ Trotzdem fรผhlte ich mich noch nicht bereit laufen zu gehen und habe weitere 3 Monate abgewartet. Wenn man stillt, ist das Bindegewebe รผbrigens noch deutlich lรคnger weich und die Verletzungsgefahr erhรถht ๐จ Hรถrt also auf euren Kรถrper und rรคumt ihm genug Zeit ein. Fรผr mich fรผhlte sich der Zeitpunkt nun sehr gut an und das Warten hat sich gelohnt ๐๐
