Hoy quiero compartirles un poco sobre mi viaje personal. En la primera foto que ven allí tenía 26 años y ahora tengo 32años. Durante mucho tiempo, me enfoqué en entrenar solo para verme bien. Mi vida era un caos; aunque mantenía una apariencia saludable, mis hábitos eran desastrosos.
Hace un tiempo, tomé la valiente decisión de migrar a un nuevo país, una aventura que, aunque emocionante, también trajo consigo desafíos inesperados. Comía mal, bebía en exceso y no descansaba lo suficiente. Esa búsqueda de un cuerpo perfecto no me trajo la felicidad.
Decidí volver al gimnasio. Al principio, cada ejercicio era un desafío, pero cada día que pasaba, me sentía más fuerte y más viva. El gimnasio no solo me ayudó a recuperar mi forma física, sino que también me devolvió la motivación y la confianza en mí misma.
A través del sudor y la dedicación, aprendí que cada pequeño paso cuenta. La superación no es solo una cuestión de números en la balanza, sino de cómo nos sentimos con nosotros mismos. Descubrí que el fitness es una herramienta poderosa para enfrentar la vida, para construir resiliencia y para encontrar la fuerza interior.
