I can’t believe this day is finally here!
Sourdough Everything is officially out today!
So many memories:
Sourcing and transporting an entire suitcase full of props from France & Germany back to Canada.
We couldn’t find an ideal studio space … so we built one.
Right in my living room. 🔨
4 intense weeks of shooting.
Flour. Everywhere. 🥖
Creating visuals for 70+ recipes & step-by-steps and more loaves than any normal person should consume (yes, I tried them all 🙋♀️)
Somehow, my dogs ended up with a serious sourdough obsession.
It felt chaotic at times… and somehow, magical.
Rachel, you’re truly the heart of this book. The work, passion, care, and consistency you poured into every recipe is incredible. Getting to capture you & your work was such an honour, and I’m so proud of what you’ve created. You’re incredibly talented and this book is just the beginning 🤍
