🎇 For the first time ever I can actually say I am a new me! Every year I want to lose weight, and for once I completed my resolution last year.
🏋🏻 In July 2025 I was at breaking point. Babyfeasts was a year old and I wanted to focus more on myself as I had been so consumed with mummy duties. On my emotional trip to Romania with my sisters, it hit me that I wanted to change my body and improve my confidence. I wanted a fast fix and thought about liposuction but it just wouldn’t work with downtime and a toddler. So in August 2025 I opted for a weight loss aid, cut down on bad food, and the start of my sessions with Aaron White Coaching. And I never looked back!

💪🏼 My goal this year is to keep working at it and try and maintain my nutrition and weight. I’m so grateful for Aaron for the workouts tailored for me, all for the cost of a daily coffee!

🪽 You have probably noticed I haven’t posted in a while. And this post is a bitter sweet one. It is with a heavy heart I have to announce the passing of my dad in recent weeks. I have spent some time with my family in Romania, saying goodbye to dad. Walking around the seaside my dad loved. Visiting his beloved boat which was meant to be his retirement joy. Eating at his favourite restaurant and celebrating his life over a glass of his favourite Campari. Saying I miss him is an understatement. I have been filled with grief, regrets, and happy memories. The most important man of my life is no longer a phone call away. Nothing prepares you for the heartbreak and loss, only time will heal. I have had such incredible love and support around me and I’m truly grateful.
