We used his mothers’ heirloom diamond and selected the 4 different shades of tsavorite garnet to match Aprile’s gorgeous ginger complexion. I carved the ring from wax and it was cast here in Amsterdam in 18k gold. And a new heirloom was born;) See my reels for the making-off!

They remind me of the way how we used to play as kids with big colourfull glass and wooden beads. They are like fresh little blossoms and new blooms in a vast growing garden.
A very fun way to add colour to a stack or bracelet and above all, they are uniquely beautiful collectables. No two are ever going to be the same.

(sold in december) This is the first of 4 (and very maybe 8) boxes that I completely designed from scratch. Where I normally use vintage and antique boxes as a base I have now dreamed up a whole custom box. The woodwork was done by the so talented who made my drawings come to life in 3D. We made a first batch of 4 boxes of which this is the first completely finished one.

I painted it with seven imaginary flowers from the secret garden collection and lined it with two colours of the richest silk velvet.
The box can be closed to hold up to 25 rings and more trinkets, or can be opened and function like a bigger plateau display.

The second version of this box with different paintings and colours is on the painting table as we speak and will be finished end of January!

All jewellery in these photos is from my own hand, carved from wax and cast in high carat gold here in Amsterdam (18/20/22k) and set with natural, untreated and mostly ethically mined gemstones.
