La prima volta che ho visto Notre Dame de Paris ero una bambina, davanti alla tv, senza sapere che un giorno la fotografia sarebbe diventata il mio modo di stare nel mondo. Ricordo ancora perfettamente quella sera in cui, con i miei genitori, siamo andati al vecchio store Ricordi di Salerno per comprare il DVD dello spettacolo all’Arena di Verona. Era qualcosa di grande, anche se allora non sapevo ancora dare un nome a quella sensazione.
Crescendo, ho voluto restituire quel momento: regalare a mamma e papà un biglietto per vederlo dal vivo per l’anniversario dei 20 anni. E già quello sembrava chiudere un cerchio.
Poi oggi. 18 aprile 2026.
Oggi ero lì, accreditata, a fotografare Notre Dame de Paris.
E mentre il momento si avvicinava, ho sperato fortissimo di vedere anche sul palco. E quando è successo, le mani hanno iniziato a tremare davvero. Per l’emozione, per la paura di sbagliare, per il peso, bellissimo, di quel momento.

Non so se queste foto siano perfette.
So però che dentro c’è tutto: la bambina che guardava la tv, quel negozio a Salerno, i miei genitori, quel dvd guardato tantissime volte e questa possibilità che oggi è diventata realtà.
Vorrei riuscire a farvi sentire il mio cuore, almeno un po’.
E dire grazie, perché a volte i sogni non fanno rumore, ma trovano comunque il modo di arrivare.
