Romulo is an active performer and teacher throughout South America, the US, and Europe. A native of Brazil, he is sought after for his diversity—performing programs that often feature both classical repertoire and Latin American popular music. He was chosen to participate in a number of prestigious festivals, including the Assad Festival, the Leo Brouwer Festival, The Cleveland Guitar Festival, the New York Guitar Festival, and the Houston Guitar Festival.
Romulo is currently a Doctor of Musical Arts (DMA) candidate at, where he studies with the two-time Latin Grammy nominee, João Luiz. He also holds a Master’s degree in Classical Guitar Performance from. Romulo now resides in New York City, and in the last years has performed concerts across Brazil, Argentina, Uruguay, the USA, Portugal, Switzerland, and Russia.
