Here my amazing husband is working the fundamentals making sure his spine can extend and flex (arch and curl) properly. Our sweet baby boy is 7 months old now and a whopping 25 pounds so our mid backs are screaming and super tight from holding him.

The levers are attached to springs to you can extend your lower leg out allowing for the joint to have space when it extends. It’s also attached to pully’s to add resistance for muscle building and fires up your hamstrings when you pull the levers back.
