時間がたってしまったのですが、、
3/26を持ちましてSolo exhibition”something good”は終了いたしました。
お越しいただいた皆さま、気にかけていただいた皆さま、gallery deux poissonsの皆さま、誠にありがとうございました。
こちらの個展では、1人で皆さまがお越しになるのを静かにお迎えする6日間。
普段制作でほとんど引きこもって生活している私ですが、そのようななかでもとても不思議な雰囲気の時間です。
グループでのポップアップや賑やかな空間での一部をお借りしての個展はお祭りのような時間なのですが、それとは異なるひっそりとした時間が降り積もるような感覚です。
さて今回展示タイトルを”something good“と銘打ちまして、手にした人が伸び伸びとした心で身につけてもらえたり、飾ってもらえたら嬉しく、みなさまにとって何かいいこととなったらいいなと思い、タイトルにしました。
指輪やオブジェなど、これは私のためのものだな、とピンときて、愛着を持ってご愛用いただけるのが何より嬉しいです。
今回特に嬉しかったこととしては、今回展開を開始した”landscape”シリーズの「歩く馬」「草原-grassfield」がご好評いただけたことでした。
馬は祖父が生涯かけて制作していた動物で、特別なテーマです。
原型は昨年夏から少しずつ制作しており、穏やかな気持ちになる佇まいを…！とぐるぐる考えながら制作していました。
春の陽気のなかでご覧いただけてよかったです。
昨年は夫に石留めを中心に手伝ってもらい、2人体制で制作していたのですが、夫の仕事もありがたいことに多忙ｯ!!!になりまして、今年から再びワンオペ作家として、てんやわんやとやらせていただいております。
来年も同時期にこちらのギャラリーにて再びお会いできる予定です。
至らない点も多々あると思いますが、今後とも見守っていただけましたら幸いです。
