この間、2週間検診を終えたと思ったけど
あっという間に、明日は1ヶ月検診👶🏻
ふにゃふにゃすぎる新生児期がおわってしまうのが

言葉では言い表せないほど神秘的で
感動と感謝と愛おしさと幸せと喜びと…色々な感情が溢れて
入院中もふと1人の時間になると
涙が出てきそうになっていたなぁ👶🏻

・妊婦健診に行って
内診で、産道は開いてないからまだだねぇと。
3月4日💭

前日の夜からお腹の張りが強かったのだけど
内診でグリグリされた後だったのもあって…そこからくる張りかなと🧐

ふと気がつくと…
痛いなと思う感覚が10分・12分ぐらいになってきて
そこから、どんどん感覚が短くなって

寝ている🧔🏻♂️さんを起こして、産院に電話してもらったのだけど
だんだんと強くなってくる痛みで…車に乗るタイミングを失い
なんと救急車で産院へ💨

産院に着いた時には、子宮口全開✔︎
分娩時間4時間2分というスピード出産で
救急車の中で産まれてしまうんじゃないかと思ったけれど
無事に何事もなく産まれてきてくれて、一安心🥺💭

いま思うとほんっとうにあっという間だったなぁと。
骨盤の広がりを1番に感じた期間で
ウエスト・お腹・お尻まわりの変化に追いつけなかったり…
思うようにトレーニングできなかったり
好きだったデニムや綺麗めなパンツがはけないもどかしさもあったりしたけれど、今しか感じることのできない10ヶ月間
お腹の中でしっかり育ってくれたことに…無事に産まれてきてくれたことに、ありがとうの気持ちでいっぱい👶🏻🫧

悪阻という悪阻がずっと続いたわけではないけれど
体調が思わしくない時も
仕事帰りにわたしの好きなモノ買ってきてくれて元気をくれたり、感情がジェットコースターのようだった私を支えてくれた🧔🏻♂️さんも、本当にありがとう‼︎
