🇩🇪 Spekulatius-Apfel Dessert im Glas 🍎
Zutaten:
• Spekulatius-Kekse oder Butterkekse
• 2 Äpfel
• 650 ml Apfelsaft
• 1 Päckchen Vanillepuddingpulver
• 1 EL Zucker
• 250 g Mascarpone
• 200 ml Schlagsahne
Zubereitung:
Die Äpfel klein schneiden und mit Apfelsaft weich kochen.
Vanillepuddingpulver mit Apfelsaft und Zucker wie normalen Pudding zubereiten.
Spekulatius zerbröseln und in die Gläser füllen.
Apfelpudding und darauf schichten, kühlen lassen.
Mascarpone und Sahne steif schlagen und als letzte Schicht auf das Dessert geben.
Schichtweise servieren 🤍
