I loved the idea of the Ikea kids dining chair instead of a booster seat, so I started searching locally for a vintage high chair. We just picked this up around the corner for less than 1/3 the cost of the Ikea chair. We can easily unscrew the tray, leaving a chair that’s the raised seat height I was looking for, with a foot rest, and it’s a perfect fit tucked into our dining table. Solid wood construction and vintage charm is an added bonus to this second hand piece.

Recipe:
• 2 cups of oats
• 2 cups cottage cheese
• 6 eggs
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 1/3 tsp salt
Directions:
Add oats to blender, blend until a flour consistency. Remove and set aside.
Add cottage cheese, eggs, salt and baking powder to blender and blend til smooth.
Add oat flour back into blender and blend all ingredients together until smooth
Let batter sit for a few minutes to thicken before adding to skillet and cook like regular pancakes
