El edificio se concibe como un sistema flexible capaz de operar como una sola unidad, dividirse en plataformas independientes o fragmentarse en múltiples módulos según las necesidades de uso, activando la vida barrial y fortaleciendo el tejido social.
Con ventilación natural, azotea bioclimática y una estética de honestidad constructiva —acero expuesto, muros de block y redes aparentes en tonos rosados que evocan la cantera del centro histórico—, el proyecto propone un modelo replicable de arquitectura urbana sostenible y consciente.
Más que un contenedor de actividad económica, es un catalizador para imaginar nuevas formas de habitar la ciudad.
