I’ve spoken to a lot of people about the tension between wanting to dip my toe back into social media and the vulnerability that comes from being visible.
But actually, this has never been my problem. I’ve been sharing my life digitally for years. MySpace outfit posts, a real blog, social media, podcast-length voice notes. Sharing comes naturally to me.
My issue is that I’ve changed. Evolved. I built a life I love - working with fashion brands and skipping across London and Paris for fashion week. Then I outgrew it. Showing up in the same space feels disingenuous.
So here I am. Trying to figure out how to show up in a way that feels authentic to me. You’re more likely to find me at a sound bath than a launch party. I’d rather drink kombucha than a cocktail. You too? Great, let’s be friends.

🍸 I love an absinthe bar but for the best cocktails and vibe, W Prague delivers.
🛍️ Concept stores north of Old Town showcase Czech and Ukrainian designers with real point of view. I especially loved Via Concept Store, Vidda, and The Prague Vintage.
🍵Vnitroblock in Prague 7 is part café, part gallery, part lifestyle hub. The matcha was exceptional. I also tried Heretic’s ‘Nosferatu’ scent in a boutique nearby, haunting in the best way.
🤍 my favourite hidden gem is the Refectory Bar at the Augustine Hotel. Once a monastery, now home to some of the most exquisite frescoes I’ve ever sipped a cocktail beneath.
Prague continues to surprise me.

Wow! The big 4-0 😱 I know I’m supposed to dread turning 40 and make jokes about being old but truth be told, I love embracing a new decade 🩷 It’s an immense privilege and an honour to live life and grow older.
Ten years ago, in my 30th year, I was both overworked and under-appreciated in my “dream job”, ended a ‘social media perfect’ relationship and started a journey of self discovery via yoga practice 🧘🏽♀️ and my very first solo trip to Cambodia.
My life is unrecognisable now. Life’s lessons, sweet and bitter, have woven wisdom into my soul. Self-love is my sacred practice, and I’m deadly serious about it. I realised that I’m the Director and Producer of my life and anything that doesn’t align with my vision is left on the cutting room floor.
I manifested a life that feels f*cking amazing, rather than one that just looks amazing on socials. I guess that’s why I’m not here a lot, I’m too busy living!
Forty is a homecoming, a time of profound gratitude and embracing the unfolding of my soul’s purpose. Here’s to the next decade 🥂

This is a throwback from my trip to New York City last year. Some of my favourite people are based on the wrong side of the Atlantic so I love popping over to catch up with old friends and create new memories. I love when a city feels like home, but different.

🍸Employees Only is a fun bar with great cocktails. NYC has London beat when it comes to bars and vibes, it’s just so natural to make new friends when you’re out.
🥟 Beauty & Essex is a classic for a reason. Who doesn’t love a speakeasy restaurant with great food and cocktails?!
🏀 Baby’s first NBA game! MSG is a whole vibe…and they do vegetarian hotdogs so you can feel like a true New Yorker while cussing the Knicks
🌮 The vegan Mexican food? Chef’s kiss. Jajaja Mexicana needs to open in London, stat.

It only took me four trips to NYC to find my sanctuary in the city. The Public hotel offered me the perfect respite from days (and nights) skipping across the city to catch up with friends.
As I get older, I appreciate a good hotel more and more. It’s not just a place to sleep in between adventures, but an oasis to recharge and rebalance. The minimalist design, natural materials and mindful lighting felt calming, the perfect antidote to NYC’s vibrant energy ✨
