مجد حسوة، فلسطيني يبلغ من العمر 30 عامًا ويقيم في مدينة لايبزيغ بألمانيا، متزوج وأب لطفل صغير، يواجه سحب إقامته بسبب نشاطه الداعم لفلسطين.
استندت السلطات الألمانية إلى تقييم من جهاز حماية الدستور في ولاية ساكسونيا، الذي اعتبر بعض مشاركاته في المظاهرات ومنشوراته على وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي دعمًا لحركة حماس. وبناءً على ذلك، أُلغي وضعه كلاجئ في ديسمبر 2025، رغم أنه لم يُدان بأي جريمة ولم تُسجَّل بحقه أي أحكام قضائية أو إجراءات جنائية.
يرى مؤيدوه أن ما يتعرض له ماجد هو استهداف سياسي يهدف إلى معاقبته على نشاطه السلمي وتخويف حركة التضامن مع فلسطين. ورغم أنه لن يُرحَّل حاليًا بسبب ارتباطه بأسرته في ألمانيا، فإنه مهدد بفقدان العديد من حقوقه القانونية والاجتماعية.

Gleichzeitig spricht der israelische Premierminister davon, Gaza durch den bevorstehenden Bombenhagel in eine Wüste zu verwandeln, einhergehend mit der zynischen Aufforderung an die Bevölkerung den Gazastreifen zu verlassen, was de facto unmöglich ist. Wir verurteilen dieses beispiellose Bedrohungsszenario durch die imperialistischen Staaten und sagen
Nein zum Einmarsch von israelischen Bodentruppen in palästinensische Gebiete, Nein zur Präsenz von NATO Truppen in Palästina und Nein zum BRD Imperialismus, welcher wie immer Schulter an Schulter mit dem Apartheidstaat Israel kollaboriert. …“
