Cosas que aprendí siendo latina acostumbrada al clima tropical:
Lo importante es usar capas y de buena calidad.
Primera capa (opcional): ropa térmica. Las de Uniqlo son muy buenas. Esta capa es si sos realmente muy friolento.
Segunda capa: la ropa "normal" que vas a usar. Recomiendo cuellos de tortuga.
Tercera capa: sweater. los de Uniqlo son muy buenos también.
Cuarta capa: abrigo. Lo mejor es invertir en uno que tenga 70% o más de lana. El mío es de mango y calienta bastante.
Quinta capa (opcional): gorrito y guantes.
Usar capas ayuda a que el frío le cueste entrar entre capa y capa. Procuren usar lana y cashmere de ser posible. Es mejor invertir en pocas prendas pero de materiales que realmente calienten ✨🫶🏻
