I know sometimes couples debate if they want to do it or not since it can feel overwhelming the idea of planning it and being in front of the camera, but thatās why I love helping my couples brainstorm ideas, concepts, locations, outfits etc.

One of the many things Iāve practiced this year as a wedding photographer is to always be prepared for challenging situations while being able to go with the flow.
T + B were such troopers throughout the process of planning their perfect Palm Desert celebration while adjusting to changing their plans last minute because of the crazy rain, including switching venues - who would imagine a storm in the desert right? But it happens. And yes, as much as it was no oneās first and ideal choice, including the vendors, family, friends, with hard work, love and respect, everybody came together to help this couple have the best day.

Playing with lighting and new concepts sometimes can be challenging but also so inspiring. Thatās one of the main reason I do what I do for leaving, to be able to make art, to get outside of my comfort zone including being on the other side of the camera for a change.
In fact, I have been reflecting on this topic a lot recently, how to make ourselves vulnerable yet still feel authentic within our beliefs.
So I choose to make art and share beauty with others as my way of expressing myself and as to add a little something into the world. Whatās your outlet for a better you?
