Transformer un immeuble de 1928 tout en conservant son âme: c’est le défi relevé à Tissot 16-18 à Lausanne.
L’immeuble accueille 9 nouveaux appartements issus de la division de logements existants ou réalisés dans les combles. La préservation et la valorisation des moulures, parquets, boiseries et éléments historiques sont part de la démarche.
