I knew they were going to measure my bike. What I didn’t expect was a laptop charger to be part of the equipment check. 🔌📏
So I went home just to measure it one more time, the way I normally would.
Of course, the bike was clearly within the 10 cm reach limit all along. 🙄
A huge thank you to for letting me borrow his bike this weekend. It was only meant to be a spare bike, but thanks to the UCI equipment check, it ended up being the bike I raced on.
I knew the UCI would measure the bike. I also knew it was close to the limit of the regulations, but still completely legal. What I didn’t expect was a laptop charger to be one of the measuring tools. 😂
