It's not about fatigue, it's about ferritin!
You can have normal hemoglobin, but feel "at zero". Why?
Because your iron "deposit" - ferritin - is depleted.
The main signs of deficiency:
✅ Constant fatigue (even after sleep).
✅ Hair loss and brittle nails.
✅ Shortness of breath and irritability.
1️⃣ Add vitamin C. Iron “loves” sour. Always combine meat or liver with vegetables rich in vitamin C (bell peppers, broccoli, greens), or sprinkle the dish with lemon juice. This increases absorption by 2–3 times.

Rule: Drink your favorite drinks 1 hour BEFORE or 1 hour AFTER a meal.
3️⃣ Do not mix meat with dairy products. Calcium and iron are competitors. If you eat meat and drink it with kefir or eat cheese, the body will choose calcium, and iron will simply be excreted.
Rule: There should be a 2–3 hour break between dairy and meat products.
