I couldn’t be 100% sure that it was the right move to make, but sometimes you get those gut feelings.
I still probably reached what was the lowest point I’ve been in a long time.
But at this very moment I remembered one thing…
You learn through dips and challenges.
So I knew how temporary this was. I started analyzing everything. Every decision. Every discussion. Every metric.
It wasn’t long after that I already started stacking wins.
Built momentum. Steered the ship. One day at a time.
I can safely saw now it was the best decision to make.

So get this: life is a game.
But the hack is that you get to choose the rules.
You choose your friends. Your habits. Your reactions.
Set yourself up to succeed and watch success happen before your eyes.
They are personal, but hopefully they can serve a few of you:
1. You are already living the dream life. Everything else that you desire is simply a representation of another level. It’s not necessarily something that’s lacking in your life, but rather an indication to better guide the next steps you should take.

4. If you need to perform, then be prepared. Your ability to differentiate yourself and stand out in your performance will lie in your preparation. Train the muscle memory system and make success your only tolerable standard.
5. Being new in something will serve you as a great motivator to level up in life. It’s the key to staying humble and hungry and never settle.

Can’t describe how proud I am. Running really challenges the mind to endure the pain, endure the suck.
On those 21KM I have pushed my body to the max. Couldn’t feel my legs at the end, and wanted to quit at every fucking step I made.
But that’s exactly when you gotta step it up. Push through. Find that fire inside to keep going.
Life’s is made to be challenging, hard and tough.
So I make it a daily statement to chase the next level, seek the uncomfortable things and keep growing in every single aspect of life.
Before these 30 days of preparation I hadn’t run in months and not farther than 5K. So there’s literally no excuses for you not to try it too.
Challenge those self beliefs. Believe that you can do it.
