Noboday & I brought home our first car, our Jimny.šŸŒ»ā¤ļø
And while it was a special moment in itself, what made it truly unforgettable was the love surrounding it.

Our Bangalore family ā¤ļø 🌻 showed up with the same excitement we were feeling. The hugs, the smiles, the happy tears, the genuine joy ….. it turned a milestone into a memory we’ll carry forever.

Almost 10 years ago, I came to Bangalore as a student, never imagining how much this city would become a part of me. Over the years, it has given us so much more than a place to live. It has given us friendships that feel like family, people who have stood by us, celebrated with us, and filled our lives with warmth and belonging🌻

Yesterday felt like a celebration of all of that.ā¤ļø

A little reminder of how beautiful life becomes when it’s shared with the right people.

So grateful for this journey, this city, and every person who has become a part of our story 🌻🌻🧿
ā€˜a closer look’
This work emerged from spending time with a single leaf. The longer I observed it, the more its textures, tones, and intricate details revealed themselves. What seemed simple at first gradually became a space of quiet discovery.

That experience felt deeply familiar. Some of the most meaningful things in life often arrive without grandeur…….in fleeting moments, small observations, and ordinary encounters. Given time and attention, they unfold in ways we do not immediately see. This piece rests in that awareness, holding space for the depth that can be found within the seemingly simple.

ā€˜Held in Bloom’ ~ This painting feels like a conversation between two versions of the same self. A quiet figure sits wrapped in soft, layered forms, its body built from countless small marks that feel like collected memories, lived moments, and fragments of becoming. From within it rises a tangle of coral-red lines, unfolding into leaves, petals, and possibilities. Hidden among those wandering stems is another face - formed from the very growth the figure seems to nurture and hold. It isn’t quite separate, yet it isn’t the same either. It feels like a memory, a future self, or an inner voice taking shape and looking back.
The delicate lines move freely across the muted grey space, tracing invisible connections, unfinished thoughts, and paths not yet taken. There is a tenderness in the way the figure reaches toward this emerging presence…….as though recognizing a part of themselves that has always existed, quietly growing beneath the surface, waiting to bloom into view.

A quiet moment in the studio • a work in progress 🌻
Tiny reminders of how good the everyday can be 🌻 that’s really what these photos feel like to me. It’s interesting how a mix of completely unrelated moments can hold the same warmth when you look at them together. A little joy here, a little calm there, a bit of colour, a bit of comfort.
Some days feel rushed and noisy, but going back to these small snapshots makes me realise how much of life is tucked into these in-between spaces. The familiar corners, the things I reach for without thinking, the little routines that shape my days.
So here’s a small collection of all of that 🌻 nothing dramatic, nothing big. Just the kind of everyday that feels good to return to……….
Some places feel less like stops along the way and more like gentle pauses in the middle of life ……the kind that make you breathe a little deeper, smile a little softer, and remember who you are.
šŸ«¶šŸ» has always been that little sanctuary for us. A corner of the world that feels like a warm exhale 🌻 filled with artful details, wooden structures, the greens that embrace every corner, and the quiet beauty that seems to settle into you the moment you arrive…..

Every time we step in here, something inside us resets… like a quiet restart button for the soul.
Maybe it’s the ambience, the calm that wraps the place, or maybe it’s the way time slows down just enough for us to notice the tiny beautiful things.
And of course, it’s mostly because of our favourite friend, Kyo …. the heart of this space. Conversations with him drift from poetry to art to life to music, effortlessly weaving warmth into the air. We always leave feeling a little lighter, a little more inspired, a little more ourselves 🌻

And the food here? Our absolute favourite. A comfort of its own kind.

Today was one of those days again — sketches flowing, colours brewing, laughter spilling, thoughts untangling. A day of simple joys, quiet creativity, and that feeling of being exactly where you’re meant to be.

Here’s to places that feel like home, people who feel like sunshine, art that flows without trying, and days that refill you in ways you didn’t even realise you needed.
Grateful for moments like these — soft, slow, and full of heart.
Evening light, a homemade coconut cold brew, and a small sketch I’d forgotten about 🌻until the yellow dot echoed the dry flower on my table……
Funny how some days everything quietly mirrors itself…
Little moments aligning, without asking to be noticed, yet somehow becoming the softest part of the day
