Damals wussten wir noch nicht, dass wir irgendwann noch einmal Nachwuchs bekommen würden. Wir wussten so vieles noch nicht. Aber wir waren da. Gemeinsam. Und wir sind Schritt für Schritt weitergegangen.
Dieser Trend, Bilder aus 2016 zu teilen, hat mich gerade tief berührt. Weil er mich daran erinnert, wie weit wir gekommen sind. Wie viel Wachstum, Heilung und Leben dazwischenliegt. Und wie wertvoll jeder einzelne Moment war, auch die schweren.

Ich weiß jetzt schon, dass ich wiederkomme. Dann mit mehr Zeit. Und das nächste Mal ganz bewusst mit den Kids, damit sie diesen Ort genauso erleben können.❤️

Uns war dabei wichtig, bewusst Abstand zu halten und alle Regeln vor Ort zu respektieren. Die Pinguine sind Wildtiere und brauchen Ruhe, Raum und Schutz.
Der Strand steht unter Naturschutz, damit sie hier sicher leben können. Genau deshalb ist es so wichtig, sie nur aus der richtigen Distanz zu beobachten.
Es geht nicht darum, wegzufahren oder etwas Besonderes zu machen. Sondern darum, sich auch im ganz normalen Leben Zeit füreinander zu nehmen und die Verbindung nicht aus den Augen zu verlieren. Denn irgendwann sind die Kinder groß. Und wir wünschen uns, dass dann immer noch dieses Wir da ist.❤️

Mehr auf mein Bauchgefühl hören, weniger zweifeln und mich öfter trauen, genau das zu tun, was sich für mich richtig anfühlt.
Ich habe sonst kaum Vorsätze. Das Einzige, worauf ich dieses Jahr wirklich mehr hören will, ist mein Bauchgefühl. Und deshalb habe ich mich heute endlich getraut, das zu tun, was ich schon die ganze Zeit vorhatte. Nach vielen Jahren lange Haare einfach loslassen, weil es sich frisch und neu anfühlt.

Heute mit Dankbarkeit, Gesundheit und ganz viel Leben.
Vor vier Jahren saßen wir hier, mit einem Freund, einem Ehemann, einem Papa der dringend ein lebensrettendes Organ brauchte. Auch wenn wir gelacht haben, waren wir voller Angst. Angst, dass die Zeit wegläuft und wir einen wichtigen Teil verlieren.😥
Heute sitzen wir wieder zusammen. ALLE gesund. ALLE da.
Dass wir diesen Moment erleben dürfen, ist keine Selbstverständlichkeit.
2025 war gut zu uns.

Es werden Zeiten kommen, in denen du dich verlierst. In denen du zweifelst, Angst hast und glaubst, nicht stark genug zu sein. Bitte merk dir eines: Du bist stärker, als du dir jemals vorstellen kannst. Auch wenn du fällst, wirst du wieder aufstehen. Nicht sofort. Nicht perfekt. Aber ehrlich. Und genau das reicht.
Ich würde dir raten, nicht härter zu werden, nur weil das Leben es manchmal verlangt. Bleib weich. Bleib offen. Zieh keine Mauern hoch, sondern Grenzen. Hör auf dein Bauchgefühl. Es wird dich öfter retten, als du ahnst. Und hör auf dich kleiner zu machen, nur damit andere sich größer fühlen.
Und vor allem möchte ich dir Hoffnung machen. Es wird nicht immer dunkel bleiben. Du wirst lernen, deine Geschichte nicht als Last zu sehen, sondern als Kraft. All das, was dich heute verletzt, wird dich eines Tages befähigen, anderen Licht zu sein. Du wirst deinen Weg finden. Schritt für Schritt. Und irgendwann wirst du zurückblicken und verstehen, dass nichts umsonst war.
