I’ve done some kitbashing as well. Stands out that I had a bunch of third-party loose kitbashes that I acquired a long time ago, and a couple of years ago I decided to remodel everything and UV unwrap them, so I could easily put some textures and subdivide them for close looks.
After that, made some rigging, some texturing/shading and a low version (that is not featured in this post... for now).
