お酒もなしで(笑)、すっごく健康的な
1日でした。
普段、対面講座は少なく、オンラインで
講座をすることが多いからこそ、
実際に会うと楽しいですね。

ハーブバター作りも体験していただきます。

美味しいスイーツ付き。

内容：ハーブティー／夏に向けたハーブのお話／ハーブバター作り／スイーツ付き
ほとんど家に居りました。
まとまった時間があるので、
ここぞとばかり、
資料を作ったり、
作るための勉強したりしています。
ハーブの講座を作っていると、
なんでその作用があるのか。
まで答えられるようにと、
深堀りしていくと、
植物の事だけじゃなく
生理学の分野に
踏み込む事になります。
生理学、分子栄養学、
植物化学、、、
踏み込みたい場所は広いなぁ。
そういえば、
新卒で入った会社は
診療所と同じ課で、
棚に並んでる薬の作用を
勝手に調べるのが楽しかったな。
作用は鎮静、鎮痛、抗炎症。
香っても飲んでもその作用が
期待できることに感動。
抗炎症も多方面から
アプローチしてくれる
頼もしいハーブ。
ハーブティーじゃ
カマズレンは含まれないから、
時には精油を頼るのも良き。
可愛いけど、
可愛いだけじゃない
カモミール。

安全だけど、

刺激物質に変わります。

本気のローズマリーヘアオイル その2
前回、ココナッツオイルと
マカデミアナッツオイルに
ローズマリーを漬け込みました。
48時間でローズマリーを引き上げます。
短い時間にしているのは、
クロロフィルを抽出したくないから。
紫外線ライトを当てて、
クロロフィルは出てない事が確認できたので、
とりあえずOKです。
ウルソル酸やロスマノールは
抽出できているかの
確認方法がないので、
出てたらいいな。
という淡い期待。
ほんのり香りは移っているので、
芳香成分は出ていると思われます。
さて、髪に使う時、
頭皮にはマカデミアナッツオイルで
地肌をマッサージ。
毛先にはココナッツオイルを揉みこんでケア。
必ず、洗髪前に行う事。
