Cheesy Eggs (no clean up) 🍳
1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and line a 9x12 pan with parchment paper while you brown your turkey sausage (I use good and gather’s turkey sausage).
2. Crack 12 eggs in a bowl (we use ), one 16 oz container of cottage cheese (our fav is ), Season with S + P and whisk it all together along with your cooked turkey sausage.
4. Pour into your pre-lined pan and top with your favorite shredded cheese (I usually do parmesan or cheddar cheese)
5. Bake 30 minutes depending on the texture you prefer!!
Now you have breakfast ready to go for the next 3-4 days with no mess or clean up. I will slice and stick mine in the oven for 5 minutes each morning and serve with a mineral mocktail and breakfast sausage or on its own! It’s so easy it feels like a Christmas miracle!🎄
