He has seen the Incredibles more times than we can count and it was the first movie he started memorizing quotes from, with the most recent viewing being last weekend “mom, will you sit down and watch Incredibles with me?” He’s artistic and can draw a Pokémon just by looking at a photo, athletic and loves baseball the most, and musically inclined, with My Home typically playing on repeat in the car when he gets to choose. He’s a big ol lover, and has the most tender, pure heart. The sweetest little soul in a 99th percentile body 🥲

This past Friday marked the end of my sellers time in Lacey, WA!
She had bought this home just a couple years ago in this quiet yet busy-friendly neighborhood. She had reached out to me mid March to discuss the present market, comparable homes (pricing, avg days on market) marketing options, net sales target, all of which lead to just 58 days from beginning to end.
I got to know Julie over the course of these last 3-4 years from our time spent together …..100% me yelling at her and 100% her following directions lol
