However, we would expect it to get busy, and probably full.
So we would strongly recommend you aim to arrive at 7pm. This will give you time to park in a nearby road. If you are able to park in a nearby road anyway, that’ll really help. Parking restrictions shouldn’t be in force at that time.
This will ensure a quick and easy get away after class too, and will help the night to run smoothly.
If anyone is able to car share/public transport or walk, that is hugely appreciated too.
WHAT TO BRING:
It’s a mixture of bodyweight training and resistance training, so bring DUMBBELLS if you have them. If not, bring anything you can hold to add resistance like two bottles of water. You can also bring resistance bands for the glutes track 💪🏼

Personally, I put pressure on myself to stay disciplined.
To stay true to my word.
To be the very best version of myself that I can be and to make no excuses.
But I (TRY 🫣), not to put pressure on myself to be ‘perfect’.
I don’t put pressure on myself to feel happy or good all the time.
I guess essentially what I’m saying is, I put pressure on myself for the things that I can control, but try not to beat myself up for the things I can’t.
