Today marks one year since launching the Operator to Flight Pipeline (O2F-P).

Our mission remains exactly the same: To transition Special Forces and Special Operations medics into civilian critical care roles. O2F is three cohorts in with a fourth starting soon. We are humbled to continue providing free education to the force.

The network we’ve built both online and in person over the last 12 months has been incredible. We are deeply grateful for the community support that has driven this growth, and we remain fully committed to this mission for the long haul.

Here’s to another year of providing the next generation of Flight Medics with the pathway they deserve.

Some things are worth being proud of.

In 2015, MSG Jarrid "Jay" Collins, a combat-wounded SF Medic and current Lieutenant Governor of Florida running for Governor in 2026, identified a critical gap inside 1st SFC(A)'s Office of Special Warfare. Non-medic SOF operators were deploying to the most austere, denied environments on earth with nothing beyond basic TCCC to fall back on. He built the framework. OSW kept it alive. And when contracted training companies cutting corners nearly drove the program into the ground, our team made a decision.

We built SO+AMT.

Before SO+AMT, Roger Dail, Paul Loos, and Dr. Doug Powell built Mountain Path to support 4/3 SFG teams who needed more. That program became Dark+Woods.

Our team spent years contributing to the SOFACC mission, and we're grateful for everyone who shaped what we know today.

SO+AMT was built for the non-medic who operates in the grey areas, where medical support is thin, evacuation is uncertain, and the team has to be its own solution.

Today this training reaches U.S. SOF units, government agencies, and international partner forces who recognized the same gap and came looking for the same answer.

We're honored to have been awarded the USSOCOM SOFAMT Training Contract, a five-year, $4.685M program. More than the award, we're proud to deliver this training at the standard operators have always deserved.

Grateful to and OSW for building something worth fighting for. Proud to carry it forward.

Congrats to the entire RES team.
