Dobry trener dzieci i młodzieży nie rozwija wyłącznie sprawności fizycznej. Ma realny wpływ na budowanie pewności siebie, poczucia sprawczości, zdrowych nawyków i stosunku młodego człowieka do aktywności fizycznej na całe życie.
Dziękuję całej grupie za ogromne zaangażowanie, aktywność, świetne pytania i gotowość do dzielenia się własnymi doświadczeniami. To właśnie dzięki takim uczestnikom prowadzenie szkoleń daje mi tyle satysfakcji.
