Time really flies. As they say, “the days are long, but the years are short” and parenting truly makes you feel that every day.

📝 Ingredients:
• Ghee – ½ cup
• Jaggery powder – ½ cup + 2 tbsp
• Wheat flour – 1 cup
• Besan – 2 tbsp
• Suji – 1½ tbsp
• Baking powder – 1 tsp
• Baking soda – ⅛ tsp
• Salt – a pinch
• Elaichi powder – 1 tsp
• Chopped pistachios – 2 tbsp
👩🍳 Method:
• Whisk ghee & jaggery until creamy.
• Sieve all dry ingredients together.
• Add milk gradually to form a dough.
• Chill in the fridge for 10 mins.
• Roll small cookies & garnish with pistachios.
• Bake at 350°F for 12–13 mins.
