It’s been 5 months since we had the honour of creating the bridal mehendi for “Devika Malik”, and we’re finally sharing a glimpse of this beautiful journey.
What made this bridal mehendi so special wasn’t just the intricate patterns, it was the story it carried. Every detail was thoughtfully customised to reflect Devika’s life, her journey, and the people closest to her heart. One of the most emotional elements was a tribute to her mother, “Padma Shri & Paralympic Silver Medalist Deepa Malik Mam”, beautifully portrayed with her wheelchair: a symbol of strength, resilience, and unconditional love. Along with this, we incorporated several other meaningful elements that made her bridal mehendi truly one of a kind.
Beyond the art, what stayed with us was the warmth of the Malik family. Despite their remarkable achievements and recognition, they welcomed us with such kindness, and affection that it instantly made us feel at home.
Creating mehendi that tells a story is what we love the most, and being trusted with such a meaningful chapter of this beautiful family’s celebration will always remain close to our hearts.
