دوره چی میرن حتی قدیم برای خودمم این سوال بود تا وقتی از چند تاشون سوال کردم مثل کای گرین یا ویکتور مارتینز یا شان ری که چه توصیه و راهکاری دارن همشون ساده ترین جواب میدن استمرار تمرین غذا تست وسوما راجب دارو حتی دوزهای متوسط البته هستن کسانی هم که دوزهای خیلی وحشتناک بوده از مقدار دوز که تو باورم نمیگنجید ولی در کل وقتی از بهترین ها میشنوی همشون خیلی ساده بهت میگن مثال سادش بخوام بگم الان یه مبتدی وقتی میاد از ما میپرسه ما هم میگیم غذا تمرین نظم و استمرار اصلا فرمول عجیبی نیست ژنتیک و استمرار و اون نظم که مسیر راحت تر میکنه حالا یه سری ها هستن برنامه هاشون میبینی انگار هندسه و دیفرانسیل باید حل کنی انقدر شلوغ میکنن از دارو و پپتاید اصلا چنین خبری نیست گول این برنامه های عجیب غریب بیخودی شلوغ نخورین
خلاصه ش روبگم معجزه نداره دنبال این نباش راه صد ساله رو یه شب بری
با استمرار و تلاش و صبر بهش میرسی

یه تمرین فوق العاده با کای گرین که پر از تجربه و نکات مهم تمرینی بود چقدر شخصیت بزرگی داره واقعا رفتارش طوری بود که احساس میکردی با یه ورزشکار معمولی داری صحبت میکنی انقدر که افتاده و خوش اخلاق هستش روز قبلش تو بینوس منو دید گفت فردا با هم تمرین کنیم ، تمرینی که میگفت این روتین من قبل المپیا بود که هر روز صبح انجام میدادم به گفته خودش ترکیبی از ایروبیک وتمرین بود انقدر قشنگ تمرین میکنه و یه جورایی تمرین رومهندسیمیکنه با تمام تمرکز و جزییات همه ستها و تکرارها رو انجام میداد و برام توضیح میداد یه جاهایی که کم میوردم میگفت این همش تجریبات سالها تمرینم و من بهت میگم وحتی شارژ پولی هم نداره برات پس استفاده کن الان هم با هم در واتس اپ در ارتباطیم همیشه انقدر بهم انرژی مثبت میده واقعا صحبت کردن باهاش لذت بخشه❤️
