2025 was the year I let be.

Since 2021 I have worked, like all entrepreneurs, HARD.

I worked on holidays, during school pick up, at bedtime, whilst watching tv.

I thought about it in bed and on the weekends.

And it’s been amazing. And it’s been tiring.

So 2025 was the year I let go a bit. I let do its thing. I didn’t hustle as much. I turned my phone off. I didn’t make as much money. didn’t grow as much. But I got a new perspective. I got a new opportunity with my reflexology AND I learned that doing more doesn’t mean growth.

And this year has meant that I now know a new direction for the business for the next 5 years. Stay tuned for more info soon.

For all you entrepreneurs… have you ever stopped? For me it’s been scary and yet so good for the soul.

Let’s see what happens next.

Meg Murray Jones, reflexologist recalls her traumatic birth in 2016 on Breaking the Taboo podcast which led her to experience intrusive thoughts. She then went on to create to support new parents with their emotional and physical recovery postpartum ❤️‍🩹 #intrusivethoughts #birthtrauma #postpartum #motherhood #podcastclip
If postpartum is “after birth”… does it ever really end? 😩🤯

We’re told postpartum is a “phase.” But for so many of us, it’s not just a moment — it’s a map we’re still navigating.

The physical healing. The identity shifts. The emotional weight. I do t think there’s a milestone that ends it neatly. What do you think?

In this clip, Meg of asks the question we all should be asking and gives a starting point: What does postpartum care look like beyond the 6-week check? And… do we even know where to go?

If you’re still carrying the echoes of that “after baby” season — this one’s for you. 💚✨

Following from our post about our c section workshop with we have had some amazing comments about labour and people’s own experience of abdominal birth.

My main concern is that no new parent is given rehab support post c section. If we were athletes with an abdominal injury we would be given full rehabilitation back to our sport…

And… figures from the claim that 22% of all births are unplanned or emergency c sections. So thats almost a quarter of births that will leave the parents unprepared, untrained and having to process an emergency situation. A birth that includes full abdominal surgery and, therefore, requires full rehabilitation; emotionally and physically.

Postpartum Plan does not favour a particular birth, a particular way to labour. We just want women to feel empowered and informed by the way they birth their baby and their recovery. This is why we include the recovery pillar with the incredible which has separate videos for abdominal and vaginal birth to educate you on what happens during labour and how you can recover, with exercises to do from day 1. And I am thrilled that our members have found these videos informative and valuable.

I also want to make clear that we are not here to criticise NCT or any other birth prep classes. We are just here to offer something to support women alongside. As far as I’m concerned as a society we could all be doing more to help us through pregnancy, the Fourth Trimester and beyond.

There’s still space to join our C section workshop: recover and reconnect to your postpartum breath and body on Thursday 16th 7.30 BST. For those planning a c section, for those post section and for those 5 years later who just know their breath, anxiety levels and nervous system has not been the same since. Link in bio.

If you were never told how to repair your breath after a c-section, you're not alone.

In fact I recently polled my audience and 89% reported that they weren't given ANY information on their breath.

Breathing patterns shift as a result of the physical and/or emotional disruption that is caused by a C section.

Pain, bracing, fear, numbness, disconnection... It all leads to funky breathing. And funky breathing messes with your mood, energy and state.

Most mums, following c--section need support to restore their breath back to its optimal state... But most mums don't receive that support.

We ( and ) are running a workshop on just this.

If you've had a c-section or are having one, this one is for you. Don't let your breath get stuck. Don't let your nervous system get stuck.

Empower yourself.

Recovering people pleasers, this one’s for you!!

Saying “no” doesn’t need an explanation.
That’s the boundary. 💅🏾

Who else can relate?!

I'm not a mum... But I'm a husband.

And I've sat in the operating room to watch both of my boys delivered via C-section.

Thankful they both arrived healthy and strong.
In awe of my wife's strength.
Grateful for a wonderful surgeon.

I'm also a physiotherapist, so have a good understanding of what happens in the body.

Something that wasn't mentioned to my wife even once, was the impact the surgery would have on her breathing.

There are so many layers, from pain to scar tissue, from bracing to emotional imprint. The convergence point of where these things show up.... The breath.

I've worked with so many mums at this point, almost all of who had zero support in rehabbing their breath after birth.

We've had dozens of mothers come through our practitioner program specifically so they could work with other mums, because their experience was lacking so much.

If you're a mum and you've had or are having a c-section, it pays to understand how to support your breath and body back to its optimal state.

Your nervous system will thank you.

That's why we're doing a workshop on this.
and diving into the impact of c-section on breath, body and nervous system.
