Do:
-arrive on time. We are an appointment only business and often do not have the ability to see you earlier than your appointment. We will let you in no more than 5 minutes before your appointment.
-fill out your release form. This is available in your confirmation email and on our website.
-bring your ID. It must be a government issued ID with a photo and DOB, and a birth certificate for minors.
-eat something! Getting pierced is a lot on your body. Nourish it.
-be kind. If only we didn't have to include this. We are a small business with only a couple workers and one single piercer. We have rules and regulations to keep you safe. We cannot change the cost of quality, safe, and ethical jewelry. Piercings can be an emotional time for everyone, and we can still be kind to each other.
Don't:
-touch your piercings. Please oh please stop touching your piercings. It's icky and unsanitary. Even healed ones!
-no call/no show. Again, we are appointment only and set this time aside for you.
-arrive late. We will not have the ability to accommodate you if you are late.
-show up without an appointment. We will likely be helping someone, and showing up will not get you seen. Piercing, jewelry shopping, consultations; and downsizes are ALL by appointment.
-bring more than one support person. This is because space is limited and especially kiddos do much better with only one person.
-video record. We cannot allow recording during a piercing. Please respect this rule.
