2-3 slices fresh jalapeño
1/2 oz Cointreau
Tajín or chili salt for rimming the glass
Lime wheel or mango slice for garnish

Instructions:
1. Prepare the Glass: Start by rimming your glass with lime juice, then dip it into Tajín or chili salt for a flavorful kick.
2. Muddle the Jalapeño: In a cocktail shaker, muddle the fresh jalapeño slices to release their spicy oils. Adjust the amount based on your heat preference.
3. Shake It Up: Add the Mezcal, fresh lime juice, mango puree, agave syrup, Cointreau & ice to the shaker & shake hard for 15 seconds.
