Mir ist es besonders wichtig, genau hinzuschauen:

✔️ Was passt zur Person?
✔️ Wie können wir natürliche Schönheit erhalten statt verändern?
Denn am Ende sollte niemand sehen, dass etwas gemacht wurde.
Sondern nur, dass man gut aussieht. ✨

1️⃣ Duschen ist meist schon nach ca. 4 Tagen möglich.
2️⃣ Pool, Meer & leichtes Planschen sind nach etwa 2–3 Wochen erlaubt – danach bitte gut abduschen und trockene Badesachen anziehen.
3️⃣ Nach 6 Wochen ist etwas mehr Aktivität möglich, aber der Brustmuskel braucht weiterhin Zeit zur Heilung.
4️⃣ Richtiges Schwimmtraining oder intensive Belastung der Brustmuskulatur sollte erst nach etwa 3 Monaten wieder erfolgen.
Geduld lohnt sich: Die ersten Wochen nach der OP haben großen Einfluss auf die Heilung und das spätere Ergebnis. ✨
