Hard to believe when you think about where my roots actually lie 😅

The Secret Island Party had everything you can’t really explain. Sand under your feet, smoke from the grill in the air, good drinks, loud music and people suddenly acting like they’ve been best friends for years.

Auch schon wieder fast 6 Wochen her, aber immer noch in bester Erinnerung und schlussendlich die klarste notgezwungene Entscheidung, die ich treffen konnte…mein Trip nach Thailand.
Eigentlich war geplant, das ich nach meiner Reise auf die Malediven, weiter nach Südafrika fliege, aber nachdem ich kurzfristig versetzt wurde, mussten dann die Pläne umgeschmissen werden.
Und ganz ehrlich, wenn man dann erstmal in Thailand ist, will man auch gar nicht mehr weg.😅
Wem ergeht‘s noch so? 😉
It’s been almost six weeks already, but it’s still a wonderful memory and ultimately the best emergency decision I could have made... my trip to Thailand.
The original plan was to fly to South Africa after my trip to the Maldives, but after I was unexpectedly transferred, I had to change my plans.
And honestly, once you’re in Thailand, you never want to leave.😅

Das war schon eine ganz besondere Hochzeit und ein besonderer Ort, nicht zuletzt, weil Heike und Robert zu meinem Freundeskreis zählen. Deshalb bitte seht mir meine Emotionalität an dieser Stelle nach. 😉
Heike und Robert sind doch schon eine „spezielle Mischung“ aus Nordlicht und Rheinländerin sowie ihr Freundeskreis, der quer aus Deutschland kommt. Damit noch nicht genug, denn hier gibt es auch noch ne Horde Teenager, die ihre Ansprüche stellt.
Euphorie und Gänsehautmomente wurden mir beschrieben – wow. 🙏🏼

Ach so, jeder der Gäste hat sich von uns dankend verabschiedet. Uns?
Ja damit meine ich neben dem Hochzeitspaar, die Zeremonienmeisterin, die die gesamte Organisation zu verantworten hatte und durch den Abend geführt hat.
Und wir 2 haben zum ersten Mal zusammen einen Abend gerockt – wer da mal Unterstützung braucht – ist bei ihr definitiv an der richtigen Stelle. Denn das läuft reibungslos.
