Siamo una piccola pizzeria di quartiere.
Nel nostro menu ci sono Margherita, Marinara ed espresso.
Non siamo qui per le mode, per gli influencer,
e tantomeno per pochi ricchi o persone di potere.
Vogliamo essere un posto dove chiunque possa fermarsi senza pensieri
e godersi una pizza appena sfornata e davvero buona.
Finché la pizza rotonda non sparisce dal piatto,

名古屋の私が大好きなpizzeria。
毎年、店主から周年アイテムを依頼して頂いてます。
今回は5周年と言う事で、Margherita. Marinara.BURDEの3パターンをシルクスクリーンにてプリントしております。

4/25(土)の夕方から24PILLARSにて、ちょっとスペシャルなフードイベントを開催。
本格的なイタリアンをどなたでも気軽に楽しめます♪
沖縄・宜野湾にある「宗像発酵研究所」にてランチ営業する手打ちパスタ店「ponte」と、名古屋・東桜でこだわりのピッツァを提供する「BURDE」の料理を、24PILLARSで提供する特別な1日です。
「ponte」は、ローマで親しまれている、卵を使った太めの伝統的な生パスタTonnarelli（トンナレッリ）を使って、
トマトソースを使った伝統的なパスタ“アマトリチャーナ”と、豚頬肉塩漬けとペコリーノチーズのシンプルなパスタ”グリーチャ”の2種を提供。
「BURDE」は、イタリアの食堂にあるような優しい滋味深い前菜盛り合わせと、イタリアのストリートフード代表する揚げピッツァに、ドルチェも提供予定！
イタリアや沖縄まで行かなくても、最高に美味しいイタリアンを堪能できますよ🇮🇹
24PILLARSは、イベント当日12:00〜15:00まで通常営業してます。
15:00頃から順次イタリア特別メニューを提供しますので、どなたでも気軽にお越しください。

2020年5月より沖縄県宜野湾市にあるパンの老舗『宗像堂』さんのお庭をお借りしてパスタ生地の販売をスタート。
2022年4月より宗像堂敷地内にある『宗像発酵研究所』にてランチ営業を始める。
全て自家製のパスタ生地を使用。

2021年 4月名古屋市東桜にてPizzeriaをOPEN。
国産小麦を長期熟成、その生地を継ぎ足しで旨味を毎日足していく。
Pizzaは、その生地を一番に味わえるMargherita、Marinaraのみ。
年内の営業終了致しました。
毎月のようにイベントあり
また沖縄で初めてpizzaを焼く
素晴らしい体験と経験させて頂き
感謝しております。
賞や全国のイタリアン100店の
集いなど受け自分でも信じられないほど
これもいつも来て頂いてるお客様のお陰で
感謝しております。
本当にありがとうございました。
来年もpizzaに愛と情熱を持って

名古屋市中川運河沿いにある指定有形文化財 松重閘門。
隣接する巨大建築物、旧松重ポンプ所は、その役目を終えて、静かな眠りへと入っていました。当時のままの無骨で大迫力の空間で、アーティスト・玉山拓郎氏 による光のインスタレーションを開催します。
またこの期間限定にて松重閘門より発着の運河を感じるクルーズ船を運行。
9日間だけしか見る事のできない、美しい軌跡の目撃者になりましょう。
